Bo Coliving is now established in Oslo!

From 12 student cities to the capital – Bo Coliving is now established in Oslo!

Holmboes gate 8 is a property with 50 high-standard apartments. We see this property as the perfect starting point for our establishment here in Oslo, as it ticks most of the boxes we were looking for: a relatively large property with a high standard and, not least, an exceptionally attractive location.

Since launching in 2020, we have built Norway’s largest private provider of student housing, with 2,400 students across twelve cities. Still, one important city had been missing from our portfolio: Oslo.

This is only the beginning for us in Oslo, and we are truly excited for what lies ahead!
