We offer a wide range of housing options with over 1,800 rooms across 11 cities, including Trondheim, Bergen, Ålesund, Molde, and Gjøvik. This gives you the opportunity to find the perfect home to suit your needs. Whether you want a private space, to share an apartment with friends, or prefer a room in a shared flat, we have the solution for you.

Our apartments are tastefully furnished and centrally located. At Bo Coliving, you can study, work, and develop both yourself and your interests, while also being part of an inclusive community with like-minded individuals. Here, you live independently — but together with others.

Through our app, you have full control over your rental experience and can easily access help whenever needed. Whether you need to contact maintenance or seek advice from one of our housing mentors, assistance is never far away.

Sustainability

At Bo Coliving, we are constantly working to implement sustainable solutions in the construction, renovation, and operation of our properties. A key focus has been replacing traditional roofing with more environmentally friendly alternatives. Several buildings have been equipped with solar panels, and we are continually exploring new measures to improve energy consumption and reduce our environmental footprint. Rental Price and Agreement

Our rental prices vary based on room category, size, and location. In most of our properties, electricity and internet are included in the rent, but in a few cases, these may be additional. You can find detailed information about what is included in each listing on Hybel.no.

Most of our rental contracts are for three years, providing students with predictability and security throughout their studies. Some properties are also available with one-year contracts for those seeking more flexibility.

If you wish to terminate your contract, this can be done once a year. Please check the terms in your rental agreement. Termination can easily be done via the chat feature on Hybel.no.

Student Discount on Deposit/Guarantee

To make it easier for students, we offer an exclusive discount on the deposit and guarantee for our student tenants. As a student, you only pay one month's rent for both the deposit and guarantee. We want students to have a smooth and affordable rental experience.

Application Process

Go to our "Find Your Home" page and click on the listing for the property you're interested in. Create an account on Hybel.no and submit your application directly on the listing.

One of our housing mentors will then contact you via chat on Hybel.no to arrange a viewing — either digital or in-person, depending on what works best for you.

After the viewing, let us know via chat if you wish to proceed with the contract. The entire application and contract process is handled through Hybel.no, so you can easily keep everything in one place. The contract is signed digitally, and you will always have access to your rental agreement there.
