We have completed a refinancing of NOK 1.2 billion in collaboration with Danske Bank.

Following a period focused on operations and professionalization, we are now better positioned for continued growth. With a real estate portfolio valued at NOK 3.4 billion and a presence in 12 cities, we are entering a new phase with an increased focus on the Oslo market.

We look forward to a close collaboration with Danske Bank and to continuing the development of the student housing of the future.
