We are excited to announce that we have purchased Steinan Studentby, a property that was previously sold by Sit due to its location.
We see great potential in this student village and have already started renovations to provide students with an attractive and modern living environment.
We have purchased Steinan Studentby, which was previously sold by Sit due to its location being considered too peripheral.
However, at Bo Coliving, we believe the area holds great potential, and we have already begun upgrading the apartments. Our goal is to create a safe and modern living environment for students, with both studio apartments and larger units, all with high quality and great amenities.
We recognize that students today demand more from their housing choices, which is why we have long-term plans to make Steinan Studentby future-proof. In addition to upgrades, students will benefit from the proximity to both the forest and the city center, making the location even more attractive.
