Bo Coliving takes new steps on Estate Media Norway’s list of the country’s 300 largest real estate companies.

With steady growth throughout 2024, we have climbed to #199 this year, reporting rental income of over NOK 114 million and managing a portfolio of 70,000 m². By comparison, we ranked #229 in 2023 and were outside the list just three years ago—an encouraging development we look forward to building on.

This growth reflects our ambition to combine attractive rental properties with operational efficiency and long-term value creation. Our goal is not only to grow in square meters, but to deliver high-quality living experiences and sustainable rental relationships.
