Bo Coliving enters Tromsø – acquires The Box with 181 modern student apartments

We are proud to announce our first investment in Tromsø through the acquisition of The Box – a modern and purpose-built student housing concept featuring 181 studio apartments, centrally located on Tromsøya.

This marks an important step forward in our strategy to offer safe, user-friendly, and modern housing in Norway’s leading university cities. With approximately 12,000 students, Tromsø is a market we strongly believe in – and The Box represents a solid entry point.

The property has been fully let since its opening in 2021 and offers amenities such as a study room, lounge, laundry facilities, and social areas – all designed to support an active student lifestyle. Its location makes it easy to balance everyday life and studies, with close proximity to the city center, UiT, public transport, and grocery stores.
