We are excited to announce that Bo Coliving has purchased 101 apartments in Gjøvik, marking our first step into the Innlandet region. With the purchase of Studinen and Strandgata 28A, we are ready to offer students in Gjøvik great and modern homes.
Bo Coliving has recently acquired 101 apartments in Gjøvik, marking our first real estate purchase in the Innlandet region. The purchases of Studinen and Strandgata 28A represent the beginning of our expanded focus in the area, and we have plans to offer more student housing in the region.
Studinen is an environmentally efficient and green building that is already fully leased, while Strandgata 28A will undergo a complete renovation to provide modern housing for students at NTNU Gjøvik. With increased student places at NTNU Gjøvik on the horizon, this is an exciting development that we are eager to follow.
Our goal is to offer 10,000 student housing units nationwide by 2026, with several of these located in the Innlandet region. We are in discussions with several stakeholders to further expand our presence in the area.
