Purchased Properties Worth Over One Billion NOK in the Last Quarter
We continue to grow and have now purchased four properties in Ålesund – a major milestone in our commitment to providing attractive and central student housing across the country.
With the purchase of three properties from North Property and First Hotel Atlantica, we are strengthening our portfolio with 300 student rooms in Ålesund.
This acquisition brings us closer to our goal of 2,000 student rooms, which we expect to reach by this summer. At the same time, we have expanded our presence with new acquisitions in Trondheim and the Eastern Norway region. We are also exploring the possibility of developing First Hotel Atlantica into a student hotel, to offer flexible and social housing options for students.
